Please note that a £50.00 refundable bond will be taken on your arrival at the villa to cover for repairs or damages during your stay. On departure the villa will be inspected and if no damage has occurred the amount will refunded before you depart the complex.

However on the departure day we would appreciate flexibility so the villa can be inspected 2 hours before you depart. This will ensure that your bond can be fully refunded before you leave the complex if no damage has occurred.”

Cleaning fee off £30.00 for cleaning up after departure.

The changeover day is flexible. Arrival can normally be arranged for any time of day, however flexibility may be required if guests are leaving the same day as your arrival.

Although local shops and restaurants are within walking distance car hire is recommended. This can also be arranged upon request at reasonable rates.
